KAPILVASTU, APR 01 - A child has been killed in a fire that broke out at Birpur VDC-8 in Pipari of Kapilvastu district on Tuesday.
It has been learnt that the fire erupted from the house of local Saddu Bhar at a round 12.30 this afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Shiva Bhar.
According to police, 48 houses have been gutted in the fire .
Meanwhile, personnel from Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, and Nepal Army have been trying to douse the fire .
